Hatha Yoga
The Sanskrit word, "Hatha”, means power. When separated into two words, "Ha" means the sun, and "Da" means the moon. Originally, the practice of Hatha Yoga focused on mastering the body as a preparation for spiritual practice. By controlling the body’s ability to calm the mind, one can then connect to spirituality. Traditional Hatha Yoga is an ancient yoga system. When practicing, you should control your breathing and practice slowly, while focusing on complete relaxation.
Hot Yoga
Hot yoga is performed in an environment with temperatures between 38-42°C. It consists of stretching exercises that aims to improve flexibility of the body and spine.
